Dr. Simone Michele Duplessis-Franklin, Th.D., was born to the former Mother Velma Picquet Duplessis and Bro. Antione Duplessis, Sr., raised in a small town called Phoenix, located in Plaquemines Parish in the state of Louisiana. She is the eighth child of nine children (seven girls and two boys). She is a graduate of Phoenix High School, home of the Spartans. On May 21, 2021, she wedded her elementary school classmate Deacon Lional Franklin, they share a total of five blended children. She has one daughter in law. She has pastored a total of 277 members.
